We decided to fill in some of the gaps on the Hop River Rail Trail in hopes that it would attract more geocachers to the area. The trail is perfect for hiking or biking. This is our first try at placing caches in Connecticut. There is considerable signal bounce in this area. Use your geo-sense, watch out for poison ivy, and have fun!
You are looking for a medium-size bison tube on the right side of the trail as you are traveling from Willimantic to Manchester.
