ygo2slow: You just can't have anything nice in Lufkin. I'm not replacing this cache again. I'm not placing another quality cache in this area. Ammo Cans aren't. It seems like the people who throw out "trash", literally, and call it a cache (just to run up numbers and never maintain them) are to blame. I have a really good idea who keeps doing this. I'm about to make a special trip to Deep East Texas for a "CITO Clean Up" if you know what I mean. There's a difference between quality and quantity, between maintaining a geocache and littering. Why don't you go ahead and steal the Girl Scout Cache too while you're at it, teach them how geocaching really is in the area. It's an ammo can too.
