This is a birthday cache for Tartan Terror. He has hidden so many great caches for everybody else that Geo*Fairy thought he deserved a cache for his birthday too.
Once the FTF has been taken (hopefully by the birthday boy himself), this cache will remain for all geocachers to find and enjoy.
