Don't attempt this from the Parkway.  You won't get it from there.  Take the Fairy ... I mean Ferry across the Parkway ... I mean take Alves Ferry over the Audubon Parkway to find the cache. The cache is NOT on the bridge either, so no need to search on the actual structure of the bridge.
