This event is open to all Geocachers regardless of whether or not any FSC-2013 caches were found and logged. We hope to see everyone there.

Cowboy Up will open early just for us--we will have the place to ourselves
Order any food items you want from their menu. Separate checks will be given. Gratuity is NOT included on the check.
Please log a "will attend" log and include how many are in your party. This will help us plan with the restaurant.
There are 30 new caches spread across the state of Delaware by volunteer cachers to give you an appreciation for the diverse areas throughout the First State.
To complete this challenge and be eligible for a small 2013 Challenge tag & certificate at the challenge event, you must complete the following:
1. You must find and log a minimum of 27 FSC-2013 caches and a minimum of 9 caches in each of the three counties- both at the cache location and online.
2. Record the code phrase for each of FSC-2013 caches you find.
Code phrases should be found in the logbook and on the inside of the cache container.
3. Email your completed list of FSC code phrases to FirstStateChallenge@aol.com
Additional info
+ For your convenience, there is a form on the Delaware Geocaching Website at First State Challenge 2013 - Form although the use of this form is not required.
+ There will be a 2013 Challenge Event (11/2 in Dover) open to all cachers. At this event, those that have been verified as completing the challenge, will be eligible for a small 2013 Challenge tag and Completion Certificate.
+ Small 2013 Challenge tags are limited to the first 100 cachers who complete the challenge.
+ DEADLINE for submission of your list of FSC code phrases is October 29 at 8PM
(So we can get Certificates printed.)

If for some reason, you cannot attend the event and qualify for a small 2013 Challenge tag, please try to make arrangements with another cacher who is attending to pick up your certificate & small 2013 Challenge tag.
