Wzgórze Armatnie, położone w odległości ok 250 m od urwiska nad Jeziorem Szmaragdowym jest bardzo urokliwym miejscem, z którego rozciąga się niezwykle malowniczy widok na cały Szczecin.
Niegdyś było to stanowisko ogniowe niemieckiej artylerii broniącej w 1945 r. dojścia do Odry. Do 1955 roku stało tu działo, mające doskonałe pole ostrzału w kierunku wschodnim i południowo-wschodnim.
Proszę o informację jeśli w logbooku zostanie tylko 10 wolnych miejsc, abym mógł zaplanować wizytę serwisową z wyprzedzeniem.
Cannon Hill, located about 250 metres from the Cliff at Emerald Lake is a beauty spot, with a really picturesque view of the whole Szczecin.
It used to be a stand of the German artillery guarding the access to Odra river in 1945. Until 1955 a cannon was standing here and it had a perfect shooting range in Eastern and South-Eastern directions.
