Hoosier_Reviewer: Since there has been no response to my previous note, I am archiving the cache.

While we feel that Geocaching.com should hold the location for you for a reasonable amount of time, we cannot do so indefinitely. In light of the lack of communication regarding this geocache, it has been archived to free up the area for new placements. You will not be able to unarchive this listing. If you haven’t done so already, please pick up this geocache or any remaining bits as soon as possible.

"If a geocache is archived by a reviewer or staff for lack of maintenance it will not be unarchived."

Geocache Description:

AbbyDoo is our GeoDog, and she has walked along this section of the People's Pathway since she came home as a puppy almost five years ago. All through the year, during every season, she can be spotted along this trail with her people, so we decided it would be a wonderful path for a series of Letterbox Hybrids, which are Fetban's favorite kind of Geocaches.

Even though we call AbbyDoo a GeoDog, most of the time she would much rather be chasing critters, or meeting new human friends, than looking for Geocaches.  Therefore, per her request, the actual coordinates listed will simply take you to the actual location of this hide.

From the Parking area, if you are facing the "Ring of Fire," walk slightly to the Southeast in order to cross the street safely.  Continue north along the People's Pathway paved trail, into the wooded area.  Soon, you will come to Shadowlawn Avenue. This can be a busy street, so be mindful of your GeoDogs and GeoKids as you cross.  Continue north into the woods, and at the bottom of the first "S" curve, you will cross a little bridge over a small creek, that our family fondly calls "Cold Foot Creek." Continue along the trail, paying attention to your GPS as your reach the hiding place. If you reach "T" where People's Pathway continues along Albin Pond Road, then you have gone much too far.

***Please leave the rubber stamp and the ink pad in the Geocache, as it is the very best part of the Letterboxing experience for all future finders!***

Remember to place the Geocache back in the hiding place exactly how you found it, and watch for muggles.

If you happen to meet AbbyDoo and her people, make sure to snap a picture of her "Log My Dog" Trackable tag on her collar.  Then you can go online later to log that you "discovered" her out on the trail!
