C R Swart Park - From Tree Stump to Tree Traditional Cache

A Cache which has been placed in a park named C R Swart Park, situated in Rynfield, Benoni.

This park was officially opened on 27 October 1965 and named after Charles Robberts Swart, The First State President of the Republic of South Africa from 1961 to 1967.

There is only one entrance to this park & has been shown as an additional waypoint.

The cache has been placed at a point where you can get a closer view of  Rynfield dam, which is the only place in Gauteng where powerboats are permitted & Formula 1 Speedboat Events occur.

You can bring your dogs for a walk, or a picnic basket where your children have ample place to play. Or just come & enjoy the fresh air.

As this is a park, the usual stealth is required. Container only contains a logsheet, so please bring a pen along.
