Did the nearby sighted Ghost of Smaratun have its rain shelter here? The cave still seems to be inhabited, maybe you can meet some Stone Age people? Even signs for already using fire can be found
After you enjoyed the scenic cave view on Markarfljót you may find the cache outside south.
The box is a 1,5 liter rubber double-lock, providing plenty of space for trackables & trading items. Initial content: logbook, muggle-note and pen.
