Z-River Pet Tiger ペットとら Traditional Cache

This pet is part of the "Z-River Pet Series" we are placing along the Zenpuku River. It is a micro size cache. Please bring your own writing tool.

This tiger is hiding in a bridge over a busy road. If you go south from the bridge you will arrive at Nishiogikubo Station. There are restaurants and shops nearby. Please be careful of cars and muggles. Please refer to the hint.
