Part of a short series of caches around Oaken Wood, the subject of much local controversy. Quarrying of Kentish Ragstone has nearly finished at this point and there are plans to start on a new site further west inside the woodland over the next 20 years, although the trail should remain unaffected. The trail is on generally good pathway, parts being tarmac, some being cinder path. The trail should be pushchair / bike friendly all year round, maybe a bit more difficult if wet.
Small container, contains logbook and pencil. room for small trackables. magnetised placement, although no obvious mount. Please replace carefully. Thank you.
