Big Water Traditional Cache

A fun and different cache that has a requirement.

This cache will be a short walk from parking and is between two different areas of water.  Finding the container will probably be easy but requires a minimum of 20 oz. of the title to retrieve the log.  I wanted to make it a little harder than just a park and grab.  Log only so bring a pen.
