This place was once used for tearful send-offs for our servicemen. They now have a great new location.
I believe this property has been donated to the City and so far, the city fathers have been unable/unwilling to find a viable use...it's a shame since this non-use could easily lead to vandalism and general deterioration.
You are looking for a painted coffee can (no longer a coffee can but comparable size) - large enough for some swag and possibly trackables. I've started it off with some swag there.
