From the above ccoordinates, continue North on the Sliverado Trail. When you get to Howell Mt. Road, turn right and head up the mountain towards the town of Angwin. At the fork in the road, take a left. On the way you will find the piggy and the green Lego blocks. You will find the cache somewhere behind the white flowers.
Cache is big enough for small trackables.
