Something Old ... Challenge Mystery Cache
retiredprof: In light of geocaching's recent changes to the publishing rules, I am archiving all 150 of my challenge caches. I am a retired psychology professor, not a computer programmer. I am simply unable to comply with the new geochecker rules. I am sad that I have to do this. For those who have already begun any of my challenge caches, please note that you can still log archived caches. If you have any problems with this decision, please contact the geocaching authorities so that your suggestions may be considered.

The cache is hidden about 14 miles south of Yuba City, near the Feather River. Park at the east end of Laurel Avenue and hike south on the levee for about one-third mile. And be sure to note the logging requirements below.
With our Golden Wedding Anniversary coming up shortly, I happened to reminisce about our wedding and the fact that we are getting older. Then I heard Rosemary Clooney on the radio, singing about "This Old House." It dawned on me that we see lots of "old" in the caches we find. Your task is to find 24 caches with old items in the title, each item to begin with a different letter of the alphabet. The key word is the one immediately after the word "old." Thus, "This Old House" would be placed under "H"" on your list while "This Old Red House" would be placed under "R." A cache titled "This House is Old" would not be acceptable, nor would be the words "olde," "older," and "oldest." See my examples below.
Do not list any locationless caches or event caches, and only two caches from a series are allowed. And be sure to include six different types (icons) of caches in/on your list. I hope you have a good old time meeting this old challenge...
