Where Will the Monkeys Decide to Go? Mystery Cache

This cache has morphed a lot since it was first created. It started as a night cache, then morphed into a letterbox sort of thing. Finally, it has become the puzzle that it is designated.

This cache is NOT at the posted coordinates but you must go to the posted coordinates. You have to be on site in order to find the numbers for the actual coordinates. Use the following to determine the actual cache location.

Look to the north. There is a speed limit sign. A= the first digit of the speed limit.

Look at the restaurant. B=the number of letters in the restaurant's name. Include the punctuation. C=the second digit of the restaurant's address. F=subtract the first digit of the address from the last digit of the address.

Find the green and white sign near the intersection (across the street-NW corner). D=the first number on the sign. E=the third number on the sign.
