This cache requires a capable off-road vehicle (aka a Jeep 
). Head up Hwy 22, until you reach Big Cliff Reservior. A pull out on the North has a road with a warning to 'Proceed at your own risk', due to storm damage. Another sign states the 'Road Closed', but it is not. Near the cache, the foliage is a little tight in the road, with a deep wash-out. Once you start up sardine creek, just stay to the left. If you get a little froggy, you can take a right on the only side road that will take you to the top, where you can get to the Phanton cache and drive back to Detroit via French Creek. It's been a long while since I've been up there, but it's beautiful.
