I have often been asked this question.
Hey Coman123, if you can walk up to a cache on flat level ground and you
can see the cache, but there is no way you can reach it, unassisted, does it make it a high difficulty or a high terrain?
I have often pondered this scenario.
I did walk up to just below the cache, so this is a low terrain, right?
But if I need a special tool, it is suppose to raise the terrain, right?
I can see it from the ground, so it's a low difficulty, right?
But it is difficult to get to, so that raises the difficulty, right?
But it's more difficult due to the terrain, so were back to a high terrain, right?
But the terrain is only high, because it's difficult to get it, right?
