Here Comes Peter Cottontail Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

MiMi&PaPaC: Well, we knew the day would come when we would have to archive this disabled series. Reviewer has graciously informed us the time is now. We hope that enough local cachers saw the reasons for disabling the series (threatening neighbor) and avoid the mistake we made in placement on this road. 😭

Geocache Description:

Here Comes Peter Cottontail

This is part of a short little “power run”, with just a little bit of challenge. Container is a Small, BYOP, with room for small swag and/or Travel Bugs or Geocoins. Beware of thorns & always watch for snakes & critters!

We drove Port Bay Rd just before sunrise one morning and must have seen at least 50 cottontails hopping & diving for cover! Drive on down to the end of this road for a popular fishing spot and kayak launch or if you just want to enjoy a nice sunrise or sunset over the bay. The unpaved road to the end can be rather bumpy. Take care during wet conditions – stay on the hard pack or risk getting stuck. This is a place that can always use a little help with CITO!

Congratulations to oceansoul41 & Tru_DV8 for FTF!
