Geocache Description:


The Church of the Great Martyr St. Virgin Mary (Salakas) was built between 1906 – 1911 in New Romantic and New Gothic style. Its external walls are the unique exposition of boulders. The church is made of field stones and what is very unique - this construction was build by people's hands. From what I've heard the church is well recognized in Lithuania and it's popular spot for weddings.
