Who: Cachers new and old (this means you!)
The race is optional but anyone that would like to participate should bring your newly created traveler (travelbug, geocoin, or any other item trackable on geocaching.com) that hasn't visited any caches to the event to get it started. The race will be for distance and run until the end of 2013. Whatever trackable goes the farthest in that time will be the winner and will be announced January 1st.
There is a side competition for the most pictures with the traveler in them posted to the traveler's page not by the owner. That will also be announced January 1st.
Anyone that needs assistance registering their traveler can find help the night of the event just bring your trackable item with you and we will have internet access to help you get set up.
Everyone will be responsible for their own food and drink bills.
