Geocache Description:

The cache

The cache is a small camo container, about the size of an chickpea. It’s placed in the shade of a tree in the middle of a grassy park and holds only a log sheet.

The location

The cache is placed in Robyn Park - a scenic stretch of land next to the Jukskei River.


The story of the original cache location

The first two caches placed at this location were tragically taken by nature. The first was placed close to a duck’s nest and it was taken by the river. The second attempt was placed close to the top of the waterfall and was consumed by the lush summer overgrowth.

I’ve replaced the cache with a new, smaller container in a safer spot.

When visiting the location, take a walk around – it’s a beautiful place.
