Kin Park straddles Trout Creek in the town of St. Marys. It is a wonderful spot for families to stroll, play and picnic.
Our family has been geocaching for about a year and we wanted to place a couple of caches close to home, in areas we like to visit. This area of town did not contain a geocache and this park seemed like a great spot to place one.
The limestone for the massive pillars was taken from the town's quarry. That limestone is why our town is nicknamed "The Stonetown" and you can see samples of it in many structures throughout St. Marys.
