The cache is a micro. I placed it on the nose of the seal sprinkler. Just kidding. Was going to, but it looks like plastic, so it wouldn't stay on. Instead, I placed it in a nearby spot. Just be careful, the park gets a lot of muggle action. It is not in the park, so you don't need to worry about paying the fees. Just park on the side streets and walk to it. If you walk, you don't even need to pay to get in. Did I forget to mention that there is a police booth nearby? Well, I just had to make it a tad more difficult. So use your stealth. Don't forget to BYOP.
The park is open from sunrise to sunset. During the summer, the park requires proof of residency on the weekends. If you are not from Nassau County, you will have to pay a fee, but there is a way around it. I believe they don't check if you walk in. So I suggest you park nearby, there are plenty of houses to park in front of, and walk.
You do not need to go into the park to find the cache.
