This is just another area I found in my travels around town. I searched the woods behind this place for a cache spot, but it is private land. It has been the domain of many homeless people over the years from all the trash and homeless materials in the woods. If you never slept on the ground by the road or in the woods you would just say it has been trashed out. The woods behind this cache would be a great area for a CITO event, if I can get the owners permission.
GZ for the cache is a safe area, not in the woods. Terrain can be a bit wet for 2 feet, but a good step over the puddle will keep you out of the water entirely.
