This road was named for the Upper Black Creek Primitive Baptist Church, which you will find along this road a short distance past Newsome's Millpond (where ther is another cache). I'm not sure the DOT has a road sign big enough to hold Upper Black Creek Primitive Baptist Church Road, so maybe it is good they abbreviated the church name! Have fun- if you follow the road far enough, you will suddenly find you are on Hwy 581, and there is another cache right there.
