Geocache Description:

Important info.  Read first.
I put this cache out because my friends thinks that us cachers are addicted to caching and I don’t think that is true.  We can leave a cache unfound and not have a problem.  We can quit any time.

The purpose of this cache is so you can prove you aren’t addicted to caching.  This cache isn’t anything special or in a special location or have a special meaning or give you a good hike.  Leave this cache alone.  Don’t touch it.  Don’t log it.  Don’t ink the log.  Be strong.  Can this cache sit for 30 days without a FTF?

If you think you just might be addicted, take a look at the quiz below. Taking the following quiz may help to put your relationship to Geocaching in perspective for you. If you end up answering "yes" to three or more questions, you may want to take a good look how your life is effected by Geocaching.

1. Have you missed classes or work because of geocaching?
2. Do you have trouble refusing geocaching?
3. Do you need geocaching in order to have fun at a party?
4. Do you use geocaching to build up self-confidence?
5. Do you use geocaching to help you relax?
6. Have you tried to give up geocaching and failed?
7. Do you crave geocaching as soon as you wake up?
8. Do you get into trouble because of geocaching?
9. Do you crave geocaching as a definite time of day?
10. Do you lie to others about how often you partake in geocaching?
11. Have you gotten into financial difficulties because of geocaching?
12. Do you often wish people would just mind their own business about you and geocaching?
13. Do you check geocaching.com web site more than once a day?
14. Can you drive past a Dollar Store without thinking about geocaching?
15. Do you plan your trips around power trails?
16. Do you check to see if there are any geocache events in the areas you are thinking about visiting to help you decide where to go?
17. Do you find yourself when traveling thinking that, "That would be an awesome place to put a cache!"?
18. Do you have 10 or more TB/Coin Tracking numbers memorized?
19. Do you know 20 geocachers only by their geocache name?
20. Have you ever gone more than 50 miles to try and get a FTF after 10 p.m. and before 5 a.m.?
21. Do all of your vehicles have their own tracking number?
22. Did you set a special "ring tone" for notifications of new geocaches?
23. Do you cache instead of taking lunch?
and finally
24. Do you have more than 5 finds during a blizzard?
25. This one is for my wife... Carebear74.... Have you ever gotten a cache while attending a funeral service?....lol

We're here to help. This cache is a test to see how addicted to geoaching you really are.

Your goal is to NOT FIND THIS CACHE.

We all know that there are those among us(and you know who you are) who, when they look at the page showing their 20 nearest caches, see nothing but a perfect page full of finds. Then that new cache comes along and spoils your pristine page. It sits there at the top of the list. Taunting you. Staring at you like a giant unblinking eye.

It calls out to you "Fiiiiind meeee..." You comply, even though the sun is barely peeking over the horizon. If you're lucky, you score FTF, and then race back to log it in and remove it from your top 20 list.

Ahhhhhh. Order again.

The question is, how strong are you? Can you resist searching out this cache. You have nothing to gain from finding it.

There is no invigorating hike.
There are no breathtaking views.
There are no cool first finder prizes or other cool pieces of cache swag to trade for.
The idea for this cache is not even my own.
Even the text is blatantly stolen from several similar ones.

The only thing you have to gain from searching out this cache is just adding another find to your total.

Show the world how strong you are. You can stop geoaching anytime you want. Really you can.

"Fiiind meeee..."

If you must ink the log, tell us why you aren’t addicted or tell us how much you enjoy your addiction.  I know you people can write.  I’ve read lots and lots of cool logs.

I need to give credit to the idea of this cache and much of the wording to Cathy's clown in Utah and cameljocky who placed the same basic cache in Missoula, MT.
Writing a good log will not make you a better cacher, but it might give you more respect from other cachers. Therefore, I ask that you write a log telling a little about your adventure while hunting this cache.

-The Hall of Shame!!!!-

-For those who couldn't resist the temptation of waiting 30 days!!!!!-
