Welcome to Sky View Memorial Park. First time ever being there and I was amazed at how beautiful and quiet this place was. Most cemeteries you come across these days usually are. What stuck out to me was the big mausoleum in the middle of the cemetery. There are 3000 Veterans interred at Sky View. They were buried from the Spanish American war all the way up to the Persian Gulf war. Every year on Memorial Day, the cemetery staff and the Quakkake American Legion honor the fallen with a dignified service. If you find yourself in hometown on memorial day you should swing bye. They also have a pet cemetery located on the grounds as well for the four legged best friends in your life. The cache container is a camo-d pill container. I hope you enjoy your time here. It's a great place to reflect.
