This cache was placed for the HNY-14 5th Annual New Years Day M&G in Roseville, which is put on by gsix5666 and BAPMAN CREW.

stealth - \'stelth\ - noun - the act or action of proceeding furtively, secretly, or imperceptibly.

In order to find this cache, you have to act stealthy.  The placement of this cache has been approved by one of the owners of the nearby businesses, who I know very well.  The best time to look for this cache would be after work hours.
