Traditional plastic clip box with log book and pen and pretty prize for FTF 

This time last year Modbury was almost devastated by flash floods but thanks to the townsfolk spirit it has come through and survived. The floodwaters reached up to the metal railings under the windows of the Bank! this was nt the first time Modbury has been flooded! There are numerous photographs in various establishments in the town. Well worth a look!! PLEASE NOTE: There are several LEGAL and EASY places to park close by so PLEASE be considerate and avoid the double yellows which may well block certain people in their driveways! Happy caching!
