Geocache Description:

Update August 2015 -geocoins are OUT for this geotrail. There are still coins for both Gadgets of Berkeley County trail and newest Mystery Caches of Berkeley County ( MCBC ). Both of these trails the cache owner is WVTim, sort on his caches to find them.

Tomahawk - MX

Tomahawk is an unincorporated town  on Back Creek in Berkeley County , West Virginia. The community is named for a nearby spring in the shape of a tomahawk. You actually pass the spring on the way to the cache. The community includes the historic Tomahawk Presbyterian Church, established circa 1745, and its adjacent community cemetery, which has gravestones dating to the late 18th century

The Cache

The cache is located at the Tomahawk MX Track sign. What is MX? Tomahawk MX is WV's premiier motorcross track, with 4 tracks of different riding levels and terrain. They have a motocross track, a supercross track, and 2 different tracks for beginners and advanced-beginners. TMX has 110 acres in total but the main tracks are located in the center of the parcel.
