This pathway is actually labeled the Salem Parkway Bike Path, because it borders Salem Parkway. It also happens to border the southern most edge of Keizer, my hometown. I decided to rename it for these caches, assuming I get out here and place a few more along the path. This path is a great way to get some exercise! You can walk or bike from Keizer Station down to Fred Meyers/Applebees/Starbucks.....and back again, of course. There are a few more caches close to this path along the way, and of course, the area can use a good CITO just about any day.
This is a pretty easy find, but you get to do some walking to get here. I actually put a pencil in this one, so it's big enough for small swag and such. Because of the area, I would strongly suggest AGAINST placing travelbugs/coins here. Please use the TB hotel over at Keizer Station instead. Also please be cautious about using this area at night, it's not well lit along here.
