Located high above the 125......a toll road that is always empty....I've paid the toll several times as it really cuts down on your drive through Chula Vista, but for the most part we avoid it because of the toll. We found this parallel road after visiting BKIP's cache that won't cost you a toll.
Steep short hills...you'll need some pedal power or a 4WD to make it up .....most likely you will. We came from the North.....there may be another way to access the area but we didn't explore.
