Western Maine Geocachers let us know that they needed some local caches to help them with the 31 days of August geocaching. Well, it's all about helping your geo-peeps, right? So, off I went to see what types of spots I could find, other than just a GRC. I met rcflyeriam on his way from work and asked him to join me, since he knows some of these areas better. We happened to be driving some back roads and came across this little gem! I don't know what it is or was, but if anyone else does, please leave a comment in your log. RC thought perhaps it was some type of old pumping station. The cache is not inside the building, as it appears it probably floods on the inside. The cache is visible, and you do NOT need to touch or move and rocks in the rock wall. Cache is at MARTES shoulder level.
