Just an introduction to a nice area that wasn't around when I started geocaching. It kind of makes sense that prime land across from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and near Emory University finally was developed.
Pay attention to the terrain rating -- no need to go down any embankments. This primarily was intended to be a quick find, maybe for those hunting the 31 Days of August souvenirs.
