Geocache Description:

A scenic looped walk taking in some of the typical aspects of this outstanding landscape

This cache is a PET preform container.

Now you are on the final section of this walking loop. We hope you enjoyed it. As you look across the valley you'll have wonderful views of the Gleninagh and Cappanawalla Mountains.

As you return to the car park don't miss the ruined Formoyle Chapel. It fell into disuse when St. Patrick’s Church was built at the western end of the valley in 1870. The walls are now only seven feet high and the Gothic windows have been filled in.
