Geocache Description:

You can observe a valve of Senkawa waterworks near GZ.
It was a sluice gate of the waterworks until 1966.

玉川上水なのに千川上水？
千川上水の現在の取水口は境橋のところ http://coord.info/GC45RAZ ですが、過去の取水口は上流側にありました。
GZから数十m西に行くと、、明治4（1871）年から昭和41（1966）年まで使用されていた取水口があります(草が生い茂っていると、見えにくいですが、「名古屋モーターズ」の前あたりです)。少し手をのばす位置にキャッシュを置きました。
