As I was driving down the road I noticed this impressive entrance to... I stopped to take a look and realized that it was the entrance to a gated community with no community. The entrance is already starting to get grown over with weeds, and rust and corrosion is starting to destroy what was built. With the amazing views of the water, this Coulda have been a beautiful place for homes. I suppose you Woulda needed houses to be built if this community was to be successful though. It shoulda just been left alone.
Even though this community entrance is not being used, you should not block it. There is plenty of parking to the side. You will not need to climb on, or trespass to find this cache. Bring your own writing stick, and enjoy the views of the water from what Coulda been.
