A magical view of the huge R300 Cross structure.
I've always been so curious about where this path leads to. Most of the time i notice people walking their dogs here when i pass by before and after work. Finally i stopped on a beautiful sunny afternoon to explore! And i am so glad i did! You're walking beside a little river(kuilsriver), so peaceful. An odd kind of beauty all around... Then you reach a couple of beautiful Willows at a point where the river runs underneath the N1!! I never knew this and it was a scary but awesome discovery. As i turned away and continued to follow the path i saw and stared with awe at the amazing structure called "R300 Cross". It forces down respect immediately whilst you admire this brilliant structure created by the hand of a tiny human! Viewing it from this point made me look at it differently and hopefully carries this train of thought through in my daily way of living and observing.Children to be accompanied by adults please and also NOT recommended at night.Ps. please be gentle with the container and no need to tighten the "lid", just replace it gently ;-)
