MANCHESTER- Chesterfield County “The Series”
The MANCHESTER community has 3,456 single-family homes, 1,613 multi-family units, 64 duplexes and 57 mobile homes (located in mobile home parks) and approximately 12,600 residents within the community. The boundaries for MANCHESTER are the Powhite Pkwy to the north and west, Reams Rd and Hicks Rd to the west, Richmond City and Chippenham Pkwy to the east and Hull Street to the south. Chesterfield Village, Surrywood and Scottingham are a few of the subdivisions found within MANCHESTERS boundaries. The Boulders and Gateway Office parks, Providence Middle and Davis Elementary Schools, Virginia State Police facility and Chesterfield Police’s Midlothian Police Station are also located in the MANCHESTER community. The Davis and Providence Athletic Complexes are the only two county maintained parks. The MANCHESTER community has a higher than average emergency call rate for police, fire and EMS services. **The cache is a bison tube located off Michael Gray Way a new street in the area where the old Cloverleaf Mall was located. This site is special to me because the street is named after a late police officer friend of mine that I had worked with that was killed overseas in the war. Use your best geostealth because of high muggle traffic at times.
