Back when I was a wee twizzling, this road led to the Marion County garbage dump. For untold years all sorts of refuse found it's way here. It has since been closed down and now there is a strip mine operating in the area. Ahhh coal. To think that said strip mine had to dig through 80 years of garbage to even get started is... crazy!
To grab this cache you will have to be quick, as the road near it is fairly heavily traveled during daylight hours. Muggles in North Central West Virginia are a nosey bunch, that is for sure. I will make the hint fairly obvious so you won't have to stand around going "durrrrrr" for too long. Once you pull in however there is really only one place this micro could be hidden.
The main reason I'm placing this cache here is because of the August 2013 event 31 days of geocaching. I know of several fellow geocachers that would probably have to rack up the miles to get one each day, as they have probably done all the local "easy" ones. The second reason is, well, it looked like a good spot for a park-n-grab. Everyone likes those.
Be careful out there and as always, Have fun!
