Geocache Description:

This one make take a couple minutes to figure out but you'll find it. But it is not your typical LPC so don't even bother lifting the skirt!

This empty lot used to be Value City, a store to buy cheap stuff cheaply. So now there is No Value here.

For most this will be a quick park and grab. Be careful of muggles. I was surprised how busy this little spot is.
