This is out in the open, accessible from the sidewalk and not anywhere in the street, no matter what your readings may tell you.

With tree cover and overhead power lines, not to mention nearby structures, you're likely to have a time getting the satellites to line up.

But fear not, as I said, it's in a safe spot out of traffic and easy to reach, even from a wheelchair.
