DeutschEine Warnung vorab: Der Weg auf das Hasenöhrl ist kein Spaziergang. Ohne entsprechende Ausrüstung (Bergschuhe!), Kondition und Trittsicherheit ist davon abzuraten. Es gibt einige mit Stahlseil gesicherte Kletterstellen (Schwierigkeitsgrad I) und über 1300 Höhenmeter die überwunden werden wollen.

Das 3257 Meter hohe Hasenöhrl ist sowohl vom Vinschgau als auch vom Ultental erreichbar.
Vom Vinschgau aus kommend parkt man das Auto bei der Tarscher Alm auf 1940m (der Sessellift dort hinauf ist zur Zeit nicht mehr im Betrieb) und wandert den Wegen 1, 2A und 2 entlang über das Latscher Joch und die Blaue Schneid hinauf.
In Ulten zweigt man bei Kuppelwies Richtung Weiberhimmel ab und fährt dann immer weiter bis auf die Kuppelwieser Alm. Dort parkt man das Auto auf 1970m und folgt den Wegen 11, 11B, 11A und 2 auf das Hasenöhrl.

Auf dem Latscher Joch sieht man noch die Überreste eines Aquädukts des früheren Jochwaals, der heute teilweise als Wanderweg umfunktioniert wurde.

Der Cache befindet sich südöstlich des Gipfelkreuzes unter einem großen Stein. Von der Blauen Schneid kommend etwa 25 Meter nach dem Gipfelkreuz. Das Spoilerfoto sollte helfen. Bitte nicht in Gefahr begeben, es muss nirgends rumgeklettert oder runtergestiegen werden. Bitte den Cache danach wieder sorgfältig verstecken und einfach mal die Aussicht geniesen.

EnglishFirst of all a warning: The trail to the Hasenöhrl isn't just some easy walk. Without the needed equipment (hiking boots!), endurance and surefootedness it isn't recommended. There are some places with easy climbing, secured via iron chains.

The Hasenöhrl mountain is 3257 meters high and can be reached either from Vinschgau valley or Ulten valley.
Coming from Vinschgau valley you may leave your car at Tarscher Alm (alp) on 1940m and start the ascent from there (the cable car isn't running any more) following the trails number 1, 2A and 2 first to Latscher Joch and then over Blaue Schneid to the peak.
In Ulten Valley you leave the main road near Kuppelwies in direction of Weiberhimmel and drive upwards until you reach Kuppelwieser Alm (alp) on 1970m. From there you take the trails 11, 11B, 11A and 2 to the Hasenöhrl.

On Latscher Joch there are the remnants of an old aqueduct which was part of an irrigation channel called Jochwaal. The irrigation channel is now partly used as hiking trail.

The cache itself is hidden a bit southeast of the cross on the peak. Coming from Blaue Schneid approx. 25 meters after the cross. The spoiler photo may be useful. Don't put yourself in danger, it isn't needed to climb or descend anywhere. Please hide the cache carefully after logging and enjoy the nice view.
