Named after a place referred to in an Alan Jackson song. See below.
If you find yourself parking near an impromptu dumping area, you're in the right place.
Just a few seconds down a faint trail off of a cul-de-sac; on a road that isn't on the maps I'm looking at.
You CANT access this from the highway. Access this road from across from the American Legion, on American Legion Road.
You're looking for a peanut butter jar donated by TeamSlug. Please bring your own writing implement.
Congrats to RobbitandPaul for another FTF!
Cache placed just after I found a nearby Easter Egg cache. I placed this without a baggie and the log sheet is the back of a sheet describing CPR and first aid. Please forgive my lack of planning.
There is a faint trail leading to the area of the cache, but there is some stickly vegetation on the way to the cache. I made my way here in shorts, so if you're careful, you should be able to make this find unscathed.
As there's no indication of a street name here, I'll name it after a line from an Alan Jackson song:
Just an old half ton shortbed ford
My uncle bought new in '64
Daddy got it right 'cause the engine was smoking
A couple of burnt valves and he had it going
He let me drive her when we'd haul off a load
Down a dirt strip where we'd dump trash off of Thigpen Road...
