Please replace this cache as it was found. The hide is a bit dependent of a feature of the wood rail fence and should not be in the greenery nearby.
This spot is almost like a race track. I know the cyclists are supposed to mind their downhill speed, but few seem to do so. Watch out for them. Lots of runners and dog walkers along here, but you can probably lean here and rest your arm there and look like you're just taking a break, using your Geocacher Nonchalant But Searching skills.
This is completely accessible from the paved path and you should not have any reason to go off of it in pursuit of the cache.
