As a longtime resident of Keizer, I've watched this park grow from non-existence to a blooming draw for many types of people. A recently added boatdock opens up the river to everyone, not just the waterway users. Two sizes of dog parks, bike trails, running trails, a plethora of blackberry bushes laden with berries in August, an amphitheater, and a frisbee golf course. I even spotted a deer as I drove away at 8pm.
To get to the first stage, park in the main parking lot by the dog park. When you reach the coordinates, you are looking for numbers on a sign. It says City Ordinance 2010-ABC. You will use those to calculate stage 2.
Stage 2 can be found at N 44 59.(ABC) W 123 03.(ABC-178) Container here will lead you to the Final. Look for muggles before retrieving this. Make sure to re-camo this container.
