Geocache Description:

This is cache only. No credit. If YOU don't sign the log. You get no credit.

One of the most amazing hikes that Oahu has to offer.

So much so that it is on the cover of "A Hikers Guide to Oahu" by Stuart Ball

To encourage cachers to experience it there must be a cache.

The view from the first peak is the true goal, but since you are here…Why not grab a cache.

It is not on the first peak but in between 1st and 2nd. This is to help prolong the life of the container.

The previous cache http://coord.info/GCHAYG Remember December 7th, 1941 (Olomana) was one of my favorites of all time

I hope that you enjoy this one. Check with the security guard before starting. Trail is closed when weather is bad.

Now for the usuals.

Parked cars often can get broken into at many trailheads. This is one of them.

Stay on the path. For your safety and to prevent damage to this trail.

Don’t hike alone. Share the fun with friends.

Bring water. Hike is steep and hot.

People scared of heights may want to think twice.

If you do not find my cache do not replace it without my permission. You are setting up others to fail at finding the correct container.

Disclaimer: You are under no obligation to hunt my cache. You do so at your own risk. Like any outdoor sport, it carries the risk of unforeseen hazards. Use your best judgment with the environment and conditions.
