Established in 1969, the Red Hook Pool has been a fun place to swim and meet friends each summer ever since. The Red Hook Pool is a private, non-profit swimming pool located in beautiful Red Hook, NY.
In order to find this cache, you do not need to enter the pool, so it can be found and logged all year round. Beware muggles during the good swimming months and proceed with caution as to not be detected. Please replace the cache as you found it.
The cache is micro sized and blends in with the surroundings. It has an "official Geocache" sticker on the top. The cache has a small rolled log. You will need to bring your own pencil and maybe tweezers (although a little log puller is included inside the cache).
When this cache was placed in the original location with a larger cache, it included a trackable fish (the Sea Raider Fish) with the goal of moving the fish to other swimming places around the country so as "to keep the fish swimming". If you'd like to track the fish, its trackable #: TB5NYDQ
