Several vacation homes have been built in this area, including a "glass house" that can be seen from a nearby point. Most of them are private, though.
The location for this cache just didn't seem to be right for a summer home. Maybe the rocks weren't inviting enough?
The road is car-friendly, and the cache is fairly easy to get to.
